Each year Rivers Alive is able to secure funding to print and distribute a limited number of t-shirts to volunteers who participate in the program. Cleanup organizers who register by July 31st qualify for free Rivers Alive t-shirts on a first-come, first-served basis. Organizers will have the opportunity to purchase t-shirts beyond what we may be able to provide; details will be provided at a later date. Organizers may purchase t-shirts beyond what we may be able to provide.

Rivers Alive cleanup award winners will be determined based on the information in your Event Final Tally Form. If you want to be considered for an award, carefully document your successes in our Final Tally Form below.

Help Rivers Alive keep accurate records on our statewide cleanup event by completing the following final tally form. This information will help us document the successes of Rivers Alive and your Final Tally Form will be used to judge cleanup award winners. Be sure to include type and number of each item found.

The results from our cleanup tally forms will be documented on our web page, in Rivers Alive publications, and in the final report. No personal information will be included. Don't forget to include all associations (i.e. groups) that assisted in your cleanup and that you would like to have recognized by Rivers Alive.
